Biography:
Rodjen je u Bjelovaru 1. VIII 1953. godine. U rodnom gradu bavio se glumackim amaterizmom. Zavrsio (1976) Fakultet dramskih umetnosti u Beogradu; vec od 1975. godine clan je beogradskog Narodnog pozorista. Na filmu je od 1975. godine , a ugled stice televizijskom serijom GRLOM U JAGODE S. Karanovica. Jedan od najzaposlenijih mladjih filmskih glumaca u SFRJ, specificno samozatajnog, introvertnog stila, posebno uspesno saradjuje sa rediteljima tzv. praske skole (ali igra i kod drugih sineasta mladje i srednje generacije). Minimalnim glumackim sredstvima gradi likove pomalo izgubljenih ljudi - najcesce razapetih izmedju zelje za prilagodjavanjem i zbunjenosti zivotom. Retko u glavnim, ali uvek u "nosecim" ulogama, na festivalu u Nisu nagradjivan je za filmove U RALJAMA ZIVOTA (1984) i ZA SRECU JE POTREBNO TROJE (1986) R. Grlica. Dobitnik je Nagrade " Sedam sekretara SKOJ - a"
