Short description:
The action happens between two wars. A young writer and his fiance arrive
to a Slavonian village, at his uncle's. There, where he spent his
childhood, the writer seeks peace and inspiration for his new novel.
Memories of first, childhood love grow inside of him as an illusion
of real life. Past and present, fictive and real persons interlace
and confront, and he experiences them as second reality, more real
than the existing one. At the same time through this story, real elements
of criminal action reveal, involving criminals and city respectables.
