Short description:
Borivoje Surdilovic, barber without a job, is impressed with splendor
and boasting of his childhood friend who succeeded in Germany. He also
goes abroad, but of all offered jobs, likes none, and returns to
his homeland. Then he meets the "woman of his life" and marries in
spite of his father's dissapointment, who has already found him a rich
girl, ready for marriage. He continues living with his wife in small
apartment which belongs to his uncle, bachelor, and to his grandmother.
The troubles at his work continue to happen.
