Short description:
Unlicensed Belgrade settlement on the Dunav river bank is to be demolished,
which causes the owner's concern. Stole the Herring offers to
Paja the Bighead a public apartment which is empty for three years and
he moves in with his wife, children and father. Time passes and one
day the real apartment owner appears. Confusion starts about the
documentation, about the apartment built out of project, the company
that no longer exists. And when everything seems settled, the trial
takes unexpected turn.
