Short description:
Citizens of a small town are having trouble to say goodbye to it's center,
which is to be destroyed in order to make new and more functional
one. Town mayor, the first citizen of that small town, supports the
plan of a girl, who is an architect-planner, and with whome he is
already in love. But, to show the citizens that the old centre is not
to be demolished under her influence, mayor starts avoiding the
girl and she eventually marries another man. Executing the wedding ritual,
mayor remains alone with his town.
