Not understanding Karakas well, a journalist publishes that a festival of folk music will be held in town. Not until signing the contract, Mane discovers that he is a victim of misunderstanding. But, singers and bands have alredy arrived. Music comes from everywhere, while Mane leaves to another area in order to search for oil.
