Short description:
The story of two brothers with different determinations and destinies.
Drama takes place in the atmosphere of tensions and fear, during conflict
between the Communist Party of Yugoslavia and Stalinists, in
times of Informbureau. Older brother, who has returned from Russia,
gets accused and arrested for nothing. Younger brother is not interested
in politics, but attracted by his brother's wife and mafia, where
dollars flow. Eventually it is discovered that the young woman is
a member of Soviet spy agency. Having guilty conscience, because she
is cheating on her innocent husband with his own brother, in the beginning
of New Year she chooses death. Younger brother escapes abroad.
