Short description:
A young second lieutenant, pilot in supersonic plane, flies through the
stormy night. The plane suddenly gets damaged and he is trying with
everything he has to keep it flying. The commander who follows the
agony of damaged plane on radar screen, orders him to abandon the plane.
Preparing to jump, the pilot remembers his first steps while choosing
his profession. He remembers his father, also a pilot, who tried
to land a damaged plane under similar circumstances, and died in
that attempt. In that dramatic moment, he is in dilemma whether to
try where his father has failed.
