Short description:
A railroad worker, newcomer to town, experiences one night of love with
a suburbian prostitute. Traces of that encounter tear the solitude
of young man and they start to live together. She, however, follows
her wandering impulse and leaves him. Desperate, abandoned, he is trying
to find her, falling deeper and deeper into the mud of city suburbs.
And when it seems that time has done it's part, she returns.
In passion and evil which she carries with herself, she defeats him
again, offering her body to a stranger. Desperate, ruined, he kills.
